Marion Correctional Institution (MCI) is a state-operated prison for men located in Marion, Ohio. The prison houses inmates with a security classification of Level 1 or 2. It dates back to the establishment of its precursor in 1948, which occupied the location of a facility that housed German prisoners of war during World War II.
