Federal Governmental Institution â correctional colony No. 56 OIK-2 OUKHD Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in Sverdlovsk Oblast, (Russian: ФедеÑалÑное казÑнное ÑÑÑеждение «ÐÑпÑавиÑелÑÐ½Ð°Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð»Ð¾Ð½Ð¸Ñ â 56 УпÑÐ°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¤ÐµÐ´ÐµÑалÑной ÑлÑÐ¶Ð±Ñ Ð¸ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð°ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ по СвеÑдловÑкой облаÑÑи») popularly known as Black Berkut (Russian: ЧÑÑнÑй беÑкÑÑ), was a prison in Ivdel, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia. It was a maximum-security Supermax prison operated by the Federal Penitentiary Service for convicts sentenced to life imprisonment. The head of the colony (as of November 2018) is Colonel of the Internal Service Dadashov Subhan Dadashbala oglu. The filling limit is 499 places, including the colony-settlement section with 40 places.

Vladimir Viktorovich Mirgorod (Russian: ÐÐ»Ð°Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸Ñ ÐикÑоÑÐ¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ ÐиÑгоÑод; born 1 November 1979), known as The Strangler (Russian: ÐÑÑиÑелÑ), is a Russian serial killer who killed 33 people from 2000 to 2004.
