Biography
Neus Català i Pallejà (Catalan pronunciation: [Ënews kataËla j paÊeËÊa]; 6 October 1915 â 13 April 2019) was a member of the Unified Socialist Party of Catalonia (Catalan: Partit Socialista Unificat de Catalunya, PSUC) during the Spanish Civil War and was a survivor of the concentration camp of Ravensbrück. She was one of many Catalans (both men and women) who survived internment in the Nazi concentration camp system.
