Jenny Gusyk (Turkish: Güzik, 29 May 1897 â 2 January 1944), also known as Jenny Stucke, was the first woman and foreign student when enrolled at the newly-re-established University of Cologne in 1919.

Biography
Jenny Gusyk (Turkish: Güzik, 29 May 1897 â 2 January 1944), also known as Jenny Stucke, was the first woman and foreign student when enrolled at the newly-re-established University of Cologne in 1919. A Jewish woman of Turkish citizenship, she received German citizenship after her marriage, and was murdered in the Auschwitz concentration camp. In 2009, the University of Cologne announced a gender equality award named after her.
