Pre-trial detention centre in Donetsk city under de facto Donetsk People's Republic and subsequently Russian administration. Named in OHCHR reports as a facility holding Ukrainian prisoners of war and civilians. Detainees reported ill-treatment, denial of legal counsel and lack of ICRC access. Multiple exchange prisoners named it on return.
