Pre-trial detention centre in Kursk, Kursk Oblast, Russian Federation. Cited in Centre for Civil Liberties documentation as a facility where Ukrainian civilians abducted from occupied territories were held. A survivor from Gostomel, Kyiv region, described her husband's route through a filtration centre in Bryansk before transfer to this facility. Former detainee Viktoria Andrusha — a mathematics teacher abducted from Brovar district, Kyiv region — testified publicly about conditions there, including forced singing of the Russian national anthem, psychological pressure and beatings of male detainees.
