Detention facility in Chonhar, on the Crimean isthmus in Russian-occupied territory. Described in CCL testimony as a new institution within the Russian Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) system operating outside standard inmate-tracking databases (Zonatelecom). At least one Ukrainian civilian was transferred here from Simferopol SIZO-2; the facility has been described as functioning as a covert detention site.
